Hot Tag Teams In The WWE

There are some current tag teams in the WWE that are very popular. One of them that I have been watching are the Usos. They are the twin sons of Rikishi. They perform some of the best high flying moves in the ring. I especially like it when one jumps over the ropes and tags his partner so then he is now tagged in. He then jumps off the turnbuckle and splashes on his opponent. The height and hang time in the air is unbelievable. There moves seem almost to be flawless and I definitely enjoy watching them every Monday Night Raw, Friday Night Smackdown and any other show I catch.

The Big Men Of Wrestling In The WWE and TNA

I have seen some very big men in wrestling through the years. The first big man in wrestling that I remember was of course Andre The Giant.  He was big when you watched him on television, but when you saw him live at the wrestling show here in Rochester New York he was even bigger. Here is a picture of Andre The Giant shown below. Andre stood 7 foot 4 inches tall and weighed 520lbs. Sadly he passed away January 27, 1993 at 46 years old.

Time To Talk About Some Of My Favorite Female Wrestlers

Mae Young
Fabulous Moolah

Ever since I have watched wrestling there have been female wrestlers. I don't remember seeing too many of them back in the early 70s. Maybe I just wasn't paying too much attention. Hey I was just a young kid.
The first female wrestlers I remember were Mae Young, The Fabulous Moolah and Sheri Martel. Mae Young was wrestling in her 80s in the WWE. I remember seeing her jump off the turnbuckle. I could not believe someone her age doing that. She was awesome and sadly she passed away this year a short time ago. She will be missed. The Fabulous Moolah was wrestling for a long time also. She held the woman’s title for a long time. Then there was Sheri Martel. She started in the world wrestling federation in 1987 to around 1993. She then left and went to world championship wrestling and stayed there until 1993 and then went to the WCW.
One of the Women in wrestling that was very popular was Miss Elizabeth. Of course she was not a wrestler, but was the manager of the Macho Man Randy Savage. She was married to Savage from 1984 to 1992. Unfortunately she passed away in 2003, but I will never forget seeing her on top of the macho mans shoulder.
